-3 cloves garlic, minced

-3 tablespoons soy sauce

-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion, bell peppers, snow peas, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
