There are three types of Lotus Yoga: Half Lotus, Full Lotus, and Seated Lotus. Half Lotus Pose:

1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.

2. Bend your right leg and place the sole of your right foot on your left thigh.

3. Straighten your left leg and place your hands on the floor beside you, palms down.

4. Inhale as you lean forward from the hips, bringing your chest toward your knees.

5. Hold the pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

6. To release the pose, exhale as you slowly sit up straight.

7. Repeat on the other side.

Full Lotus Pose:
